The Texas Mariners Cruising Association (TMCA - the organizing sponsor) in conjunction with the City of Baytown, Texas would like to invite you to attend the 3rd Annual Spring Fling – Baytown Rendezvous, May 17th through 19th, 2013. Power, sail or motor-sail up the Houston Ship Channel from your home port to join us for the festivities at the Bayland Marina, Baytown, TX. The general public are all welcome to attend! You do not need to be a TMCA member to register a boat or to participate in this event. (Sorry NO RVs) There will be food, live music, a trade show, boating seminars and much more. BYOB! Change in Registration will remain open until full. Vessel Registration Fee - $130. Registration includes two nights boat space fee with power for 130 boats (subject to availability) at the Bayland Marina and two Event Admission Wristbands for the weekend. Each participating boat must provide proof of valid liability insurance in an amount not less than $300,000 personal injury and personal property damage of $100,000. Boat Registration is complete only after payment is received. Boat space assignments and docking instructions will be provided at the SKIPPER'S MEETING on 10 am until NOON, Saturday, May 11 at the Elks Lodge, 623 Hanson Rd, Kemah, TX. Please do not contact Bayland Marina for boat spaces. All boat spaces will be assigned by the Spring Fling Docking Committee. All CREW members must register (for free) and agree to the event waiver. Extra crew passes (beyond the 2 from boat registration) are $10 on or before May 11, Skipper's Mtg and $15 there after. No crew refunds will be given - Rain or Shine. We are limited to 4 public showers.
